I spent over 10 years with a UK financial services organisation as a Trainer – developing and leading a number of in house training programmes – including award winning sales, customer services, telephony and first line management training. I then developed and ran my own event management company – delivering bespoke team building events, conferences and training programmes across the UK to meet a diverse range of client requirements – from complete company restructures to just some down time fun and relaxation for groups of 5 – 600 people.
My role at Bright*Star Training is to work with companies and clients to identify, create and deliver their training and development needs to meet ongoing organisational requirements.
I emigrated to NZ from the UK to achieve my goal of a better work/life balance and to date have not been disappointed! My love of all things netball and the outdoors is finally getting a chance to flourish and I fully intend to make the most of the NZ way of life.
