Natalie Charnock

I joined Conferenz in February 2010 as the Customer Service Delegate Coordinator and more recently was promoted to Team Leader. After moving away from the Delegate Coordinator role and coinciding with my new appointment I moved into Venue/AV Liaison and I am now responsible for booking all venues and AV for our events as well as managing the Customer Service team on a day to day basis.

Prior to moving to New Zealand from the 'sunny' County of West Yorkshire I worked for GHD UK- a manufacturer and distributor of hair straightening irons from 2005-2009 as a data entry assistant. During my time at GHD I took on a variety of roles, including Team Leader for the Data Entry & Dispatch departments as well as training in their Customer Service department.

Out of work I enjoy travel, shopping and spending time with my ‘NZ’ friends and family and love bringing my ‘not so strong’ Yorkshire accent with me!
