About

Training methodology
This 8-day Green Belt training gives an extensive grounding in Lean Six-Sigma through tutorials, workshops and practical exercises. Conducted in two blocks of four consecutive days, the course will show how to apply Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques to identify projects and deliver business benefits.

Lean Six Sigma is the most widely used and successful improvement and project delivery methodology in the world. From small to global enterprises, the Lean and Six Sigma approaches provide greater profitability, customer satisfaction and effectiveness. With a clear focus on the customer along with the 'bottom line' the Lean Six Sigma approach delivers sustainable long term business performance.
Suitable for all types of organisations, Lean Six Sigma has been used by financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and government organisations to name a few.
Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt is an 8 day course which provides the necessary knowledge to lead Lean Six Sigma projects and activities that deliver significant business results.

Green Belts are the members of the Six Sigma team who are trained to implement Six Sigma projects under the guidance of the Six Sigma Black Belts. The course allows Green Belts to work on carefully defined Lean Six Sigma projects with a focus on the deployment of Lean Six Sigma techniques and to lead small scale improvement projects within their respective sphere of responsibilities.
