Assisting Change Management for IM Strategies
All the elements of change (processes, technology and people) are closely linked and their intersections must be closely considered in order for a change to be successful. Often change management is left until the implementation phase of a project. However before you start changing things it’s important to understand where you are and how you got there. The history of the organisation, process or IM system will have an effect on your project. This paper discusses the basics of change management, and focusing on the people-aspects of change.
