Our Virtual Event Platform (VEP) is deployed based on our in-depth understanding of how attendees want to participate and engage at events. Our VEP can be branded and set up for your event prior to event kick off and kept live for a period of time after the event has run. It allows attendees access to event schedules, speaker details, presentations (live and on demand), the ability to ask questions, chat with fellow attendees and speakers and to set up 1-1 meetings. AML Summit
2021 annual AML Summit – Virtual conference platform and support
The organisers of the annual AML Summit approached us to support their fully hybrid event in 2021. In addition to the live 360 pax event in Auckland, they wished to run the event as a virtual event for their 200 virtual attendees. Using our Virtual Event Platform, working with the live event organisers and audio-visual team, we broadcast the live event to the virtual audience, managed the virtual attendee registration and experience, moderated Q&A and the virtual attendee features.
Aotearoa AI Summit
2021 Aotearoa AI Summit – Virtual conference platform and support
The AI Forum promoted their Aotearoa AI Summit, hosted at AUT University in 2021, as a fully hybrid event. Working closely with the organising committee, we set up our Virtual Event Platform as a fully branded and interactive environment for the virtual attendees. A mix of national and international delegates experienced the fully managed and supported virtual home for the event.
