    Instructional design – the systematic development of training to help people learn and improve – is an opportunity to be innovative and creative while producing learning that meets the needs of your learners and your organisation alike. 

    Learn the latest theory and apply small changes to your work, which will make all the difference.  Bring a project or an idea you would like to work on, and you will choose the right training methodology (face to face / blended / e-learning / performance support) and apply relevant learning theories to help influence the change you are after.


    Instructional Design will show you how to plan learning experiences and develop resources that will inspire and engage your learners meet your learning objectives and help learners transfer their new-found knowledge and skills back into the workplace. Whether you’re a trainer producing your own materials or you want to specialise in instructional design, you’ll find this course full of practical tips and useful ideas to help you get behavioral change.

    This course is set at a beginner and intermediate level where participants are encouraged to bring along a project to work on at their own pace.
